Sumner Fest at The City by the Lake is Sumner County's premier festival. Nestled on the shoreline of Old Hickory Lake, Sanders Ferry Park is the idyllic backdrop for a celebration filled with food, fun, and non-stop entertainment. Sumner Fest has established itself as a must-do event in Sumner County.Our entertainment stage will echo sounds across the lake and our lively Kid Zone will keep your little ones joy-filled until the sun goes down. And with dozens of merchant vendors showcasing their stuff and food vendors galore tempting your taste buds, we're sure you'll find something you've been craving.   

 

This event is at an outdoor park with the majority of the event being located on grass, be mindful of your choice of footwear. Friendly, leashed pets are allowed. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Lawn chairs, blankets, unopened or reusable water bottles, umbrellas are allowed. All bags, backpacks, and coolers are subject to search.

Sumner Fest vendors will enjoy exposure and interaction with thousands of residents and visitors from Sumner County and throughout Middle Tennessee.

Take advantage of this opportunity to showcase your products or services.

Vendor pricing ranges from $125 to $250, depending on profit status and Chamber membership.

Food vendor pricing ranges from $300 to $350, depending on Chamber membership.

Offsite Parking - FREE Trolley Pick-Up & Drop Off at Hendersonville High School 
Parking at Sanders Ferry Park- $5.00 

KIDS ZONE:
Will restrooms be available near the kids zone? 

Yes there will be portable potties available.

 
Where will the kids zone be located?

The kids zone will be to the right of pavilion 8 (model airplane field). 

 

Is there a cost for the kids zone?

Yes it will be $5 per armband with a family max of $15, unlimited jumps. (Same as Freedom Festival)

What else is there to do?

There will be other activities available such as inflatables, pony rides, and much more. These vendors have set their prices to participate.

HOW TO HAVE FUN:
What should I bring to Sumner Fest in order to have THE best time?

Please bring a chair or blanket so you are comfortable for the hot air balloon show. Also remember it will be warm so dress in light clothing, bring sunscreen and bug spray.  Remember to drink water! There will be beverages and food to purchase from some fantastic vendors!

Event is rain or shine.

This event is in an outdoor park with the majority of the event being located on grass, be mindful of your choice of footwear.

Parking is available on site adjacent to the festival grounds. All parking is located on grass. We recommend utilizing a ride-share service. Or Taking our Trolley which will be FREE and drop off and pick up every 30 minutes from Hendersonville High School

Friendly, leashed pets are allowed. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets.
